Personalized Yoga Sessions and Yoga Therapy
Balance
There was a time when a Master of Yoga was someone you visited when you felt ill, suffered from back pain or had trouble sleeping. Perhaps it was a matter of the mind. These sessions were one-on-one. At 3 Om Yoga we honor the one-on one-tradition. To be present AND deeply relaxed is a skill. Yoga is a comprehensive system for balance and good health. The one-on-one format is a profound way to begin your practice. Many of our students choose a combination of private sessions and classes. See our memberships for programs that include private yoga sessions as part of membership.
What Issues and Goals Can Yoga Therapy and Personalized Yoga Sessions Address?
Deepen any aspect of your choice: alignment, pranayama or meditation. Often one session can solve the difficulty you have with a pose. Maybe it is time to master the pose of your dreams. Private sessions can assist with any goal you choose for your yoga practice.

She believes that yoga can be the bridge between the defined and the undefinable. Please refer to the instructor's biography page on this website for information on more of her formal training.
