Whats the Latest?
Parker Yoga classes are growing. Yoga students are flourishing in their Yoga practices and we are amazed and thankful. As always, thank you for choosing 3 Om Yoga Studio Center in Parker, Colorado as the place to roll out your mats and practice asana.
We began our first Yoga program with 7 students and graduated 5. The second go round yeilded 2 fresh Yoga teachers, so suffice it to say the Yoga Teacher Training program is robust. There is much to learn and it takes a huge commitment.

What you can expect from Yoga
Yoga is available to all bodies; all sizes, conditions, ages and stages.
Expect yoga to offer more than fitness and wellness; it offers restoration, relaxation, compassion and tenderness.
Expect yoga to expand your awareness of your thoughts, habits, conditioning, and self talk.
Expect yoga to improve your aches, pains, stiffness, tightness, dullness, boredom and stress level.
Some days when your body/mind needs yoga the most, your conscience mind may resist going to your practice. Suspend your
brain's judgments; breathe; show up for class. Trust the ability of conscious movement and breathe to renew and inspire
a generous acceptance of life.
If you resist beginning your practice because of something in your body or mind, please know that this is a
misunderstanding in your brain, your "conscience mind." Your body's mind, "(which includes your brain), inviting
you to connect back to playfulness of movement. Please experience many different classes to recognize what exactly
suits your playfulness factor.
Yoga works via breath, movement, respect, protection, gratitude, as well as purposeful inner and outer alignment.
Yoga inspires a natural letting go of past commitments that bind you.
